SUCCESS IN AMERICA

WHY HAS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BEEN SO SUCCESSFUL? SHOULD WE FEEL GUILTY?

We often hear statements of comparison between the USA and other nations. Often the USA is attacked because "American's make up 3% of the worlds population and consume 25% of the energy and resources." Or, "The USA acts like the world's Policemen." The tone is one of a belief that there is something wrong with that.

Marxism would dictate that since the USA has been so productive and successful, our success must be shared with the world. "Cap and Trade" is an example. Under the guise of Global Warming, C&T is to be used to require the USA to be less productive and that productivity should be moved to less developed nations. This in reality does nothing to affect Global Warming, even if Global Warming really was an issue, since the same pollutants will still be put into the atmosphere. Plus, no nation has done more and been more creative then the USA in reducing pollution. Today's polluters are found in less developed nations like India and China where there are few environmental controls.

The problem isn't that the USA has been too successful and consumes too much. The problem is that less successful nations live under "SYSTEMS of Government and Economics" that are less successful. Perfect example: look at the border between the USA and Mexico. Why are their millions of American's living within a few miles of the border on the north side who live in peace and comfort? Why are those living just South of the border living in poverty? It isn't the land! The land is exactly the same. Those North of the border didn't take something from those South of the border in order to be more successful.

The USA has proven to be the most successful nation in the history of the world because of what our PEOPLE have done in the past and do today, because of our SYSTEMS, because of our FOUNDATION, because of the BELIEFS of our citizens both now and in the past. We have been the worlds Policemen because we are the only honorable, civilized nation that has the POWER to take on evil because of our SYSTEMS and BELIEFS.

Our nation was founded on a very unique belief in God Given Rights, Individualism rather than Communalism, Limitations on Government rather then Centralized Decision Making. The further we stray from these founding beliefs, the more problems we seem to have.

We have had President's in the past who spoke of "Exporting Freedom." By exporting freedom, we minimize the chances of greater world conflict. Who causes most conflicts? Haven't most wars come about under dictators whose tactics and systems have caused dissension among his followers who blamed other people for their problems. When in reality their problems have come about because the Dictatorships they lived under were unable to create the utopian existence they longed for?

The "CHANGE" we need in the USA today is not a change further to the left, further toward Centralization, change to Collectivism, Socialism, Marxism. The change we need is to realize the change that has already taken place slowly, especially over the past fifty years, in Social Programs, Education, and Government Expansion. Realize it, reject it, and return to Conservatism.

Isn't it strange that when most people around the world are asked what country they would prefer to live in if they had a choice, most would say the USA? Even before Obama! At the same time, more and more "Leaders" of nations speak negatively of the USA. Why? Could it be that many leaders don't want to give up the power and control they have over their people, their nation, that is necessary to succeed like the USA has?

China is often looked to as the new successful world economic power. But it is not the Communism and Socialism in China that has allowed China to begin to be successful. It is the pockets of Freedom and Capitalism within China that has made them more successful. Hugo Chavez didn't make Venezuela a leader in the oil industry. Russia. Iran. Iraq. Other Middle Eastern nations along with South East Asia have become more successful with the help of Free, Capitalist nations coming in and developing their industry. Same with agriculture.

We don't need leaders who want Americans to feel guilty for the success of our nation. We don't need leaders who want to apologize for the USA, or someone new on the scene who thinks he has to apologize for our past leaders actions. We don't need the most arrogant leader we have ever had pretending to apologize for the arrogance of our former, honorable, leaders. We don't need leaders who think Americans must lower their standard of living in order for other nations to improve theirs. We need leaders who understand the foundation, the successful systems, the individualism, the revolution and sacrifices made by millions of faithful Americans today and in the past that make the USA the dream destination of most of the world.

We need to continue to "Export Freedom" to any other people around the world who are willing to accept the help, build upon it, gather supporters in their own land, and fight for their own freedom. Rarely has a Dictator freely surrendered his power! God Bless America!
