Matthew 5:13-16: You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? ... You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid... Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
II Chronicles 7:14: If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
How do I know which way to go?
Psalm 25:4-5: Show me the path where I should walk, O Lord; point out the right road for me to follow. Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long I put my hope in you.
Proverbs 4:1-2: Pay attention and grow wise, for I am giving you good guidance. Don't turn away from my teaching.
Proverbs 4:11-12: I will teach you wisdom's ways and lead you in straight paths. If you live a life guided by wisdom, you won't limp or stumble as you run.

In the United States of America, we can, and should, pray for our leadership and President to seeks God's Will for our Nation while disagreeing with their policies and actions. We do pray for our President's Salvation, his Wisdom, and his Spiritual Growth. God has blessed us with the greatest nation in history because we have had Godly people seeking God's will for the USA in past generations. We must carry on this tradition today. The USA was created in revolution against evil. Evil is always there and must be challenged. Today's Christians cannot ignore their responsibility.
God doesn't "need" our help. He blesses us with the opportunity to participate in the fulfillment of His Eternal Plan . . . Ameritianity 05/09/09
